In addition to the Employee Assistance Program, Quest may also manage your mental health and substance abuse benefits. Please read further for more detailed information on both of these services.
Employee Assistance Services - Your employer may have contracted with Quest to provide a number of counseling sessions at no cost to you. These services can be accessed through Quest and address a variety of problems ranging from workplace issues to your own financial, legal and elder care issues. Besides the counseling sessions, we have developed a library of materials available to you electronically.
If you need to access your counseling sessions, call us through the Quest toll free number 1-800-364-6352 and we will discuss with you a provider that will best meet your needs. To access the library of materials for financial, legal and elder care issues, call us and we will give you a password to the website to access these materials.
